DATA DELETION PROTOCOLS

1. OVERVIEW

According to Meta Platform rules for Facebook Login, we must provide a direct URL pointing to instructions on how users can request deletion of their platform data. We respect your digital footprint sovereignty. You can delete your ArcadeFortress account data and activities at any time by following the protocols detailed below.

2. REMOVING ARCADEFORTRESS FROM FACEBOOK

If you signed in using Meta/Facebook OAuth, you can revoke access and remove the app permissions directly via your Facebook account dashboard:

1. Log in to your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. Scroll down the left sidebar menu and select Apps and Websites.
3. Locate ArcadeFortress in the active applications list.
4. Click the Remove button next to the app name.
5. Confirm the removal in the dialog pop-up. Facebook will stop sharing any future authentication tokens with ArcadeFortress.

3. AUTOMATED DELETION VIA CALLBACK

When you remove ArcadeFortress from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings, Meta/Facebook automatically triggers a secure, automated data deletion request to our callback endpoint.

Our system processes this signal in real-time according to these protocols:

• Sole Login: If Facebook OAuth was your only login method, all associated user files, game saves, and leaderboard high scores are immediately and permanently erased.
• Multi-Auth Link: If your account has other login links (e.g., Google OAuth or local email credentials), we only disconnect the Facebook identity. Your player profile, saves, and other login pathways remain fully operational.

4. MANUAL DATA ERASURE DIRECTIVE

If you prefer to submit a manual deletion directive for any reason, you can request full erasure via our support desk:

• Send an email request from your registered account address to: [email protected]
• Include the subject line: [DATA ERASE] Request for Account Deletion
• Provide your registered codename/username for verification.

Upon receiving and verifying your request, all corresponding user records in our databases will be permanently deleted within 14 days. This action is irreversible.

5. DATA TYPES TARGETED FOR DELETION

When an erasure directive is executed, the following variables are permanently wiped from our persistent storage system:

• User Profile ID & OAuth Association Tokens
• Codename (Username) & registered Email Address
• Avatar Image URL linked to your OAuth profile
• All cloud-synchronized game saves (Flappy Pterosaur, Forest Snake, etc.)
• All matching leaderboard records and historic high score logs
