USER PROTOCOL AGREEMENT

1. PROTOCOL ACCESS & AUTHORIZATION

By accessing the ArcadeFortress game portal (the "Platform"), you agree to load our client-side Javascript compilation scripts and bind yourself to these terms of service. You are granted a non-exclusive, temporary runtime license to play our HTML5 Canvas games: Flappy Pterosaur, Forest Snake, Stone Brick Builder, and Forest Pong.

2. HIGH SCORE INTEGRITY DIRECTIVE

Players are encouraged to push the bounds of active canvas games to set highest score boundaries. However, injecting memory values, modifying local JS states via developer panels, or automating inputs via external bot scripting is strictly prohibited. The system reserves the right to reset high scores stored locally in your browser cache if score anomalies are detected during local telemetry checks.

3. LOCAL CACHING AND TELEMETRY

ArcadeFortress operates on local, serverless operations. Telemetry records, active diagnostic codes, and high scores are logged using the browser's localStorage API. By playing these games, you authorize this storage allocation. If you flush your browser cache, all telemetry high-score records will be permanently deleted.

4. LIMITATION OF TELEMETRY LIABILITY

Since all game drawing loops and physics calculations run client-side in the player's browser runtime environment, ArcadeFortress is not liable for performance dropouts, frames desynchronization, or keyboard keybind latency. If game loops stutter, please reference our Support page to clear cache registers.
