Player trust is our priority. In compliance with global privacy regulations (like GDPR) and Meta's developer policies, we launched our new Data Deletion Instructions page. This portal details how players can request manual deletion of their profiles, registered codenames, high score registries, and cloud save files.
Enforcing data erasure is integrated natively into our web security modules. Automated Revocation Callbacks
We engineered automated endpoints that trigger when a player revokes the ArcadeFortress app in their Facebook dashboard. Meta's webhook callback is processed immediately by our authentication handlers, disconnecting the Facebook profile link or completely erasing the player account files if Facebook was the sole login method.
Manual Deletion and Accountability
If a player wishes to wipe their traces manually, they can submit a directive via email. Our support desk processes these requests within 14 days, executing a database delete query that permanently erases all associated JWT credentials, avatars, and cloud saves.
